PCPS Releases 2020-21 Instructional Continuity Plan

The plan details how learning will take place in three distinct formats: Campus Learning, which restores the face-to-face, brick-and-mortar school day; Campus eSchool, which allows students to remain enrolled in their current school but take part in highly structured virtual learning; and Polk Virtual, a longstanding program that allows students the ability to fulfill their K-12 educational requirements entirely online.

The 2020-21 plan also includes information on technology, the district’s meal programs, expectations for parents and teachers, and testing.

The ICP is available for review here.

Staff and parents are encouraged to begin familiarizing themselves with the plan in preparation for the 2020-21 school year, which begins Aug. 24.
